In 15 years at BDRC, Matt has worked with many of the world’s leading hospitality companies, such as IHG, Hilton, Starwood and Marriott. He is an expert in the fields of consumer motivations, brand equity and customer experience and is also a recognised authority on the dynamics of the meetings and conference (MICE) sector. Alongside his management responsibilities, Matt retains a hands-on role with custom research and consultancy assignments, as well as BDRC’s well established VenueVerdict programme – an enterprise feedback and customer relationship benchmarking scheme which he launched in 2006. He is a regular speaker at international hospitality conferences and holds an MA degree in International Relations from the University of Sussex and an MBA from Henley Business School.
